We have the ultimate Welsh line up this year with three past Great British Menu finalists, two Michelin stars and Wales’ seafood expert sharing the bill .

Bryn Williams, Aled Williams and Hywel Jones have all flown the flag for Wales on the popular BBC series The Great British Menu.

Bryn, who hails from Denbigh, is now patron of the Feast and chef patron of Odette’s in star-studded Primrose Hill, London.

Aled Williams has recently opened Cennin, in his hometown of Beaumaris. It is a fusion of restaurant, delicatessen and cafe selling the best of Anglesey  food.

Michelin-starred Hywel Jones is from Newport and is Executive Chef at The Brasserie at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa.

Bryan Webb, is chef patron of  Michelin-starred restaurant Tyddyn Llan at Llandrillo, near Corwen, the highest rated restaurant in Wales in the Good Food Guide 2010.

Colin Pressdee is an established Feast favourite who will bring his encyclopaedic knowledge of Welsh fish and shellfish to the event . An award-winning author, Colin is sponsored by the Welsh Assembly Fisheries Division.

Students of Coleg Llandrillo Cymru and their tutors will also show off their skills over the weekend.

You will find them all in the True Taste kitchen at the top of of the town, right next to the castle, accompanied

by TV presenters who will be chatting to them as they prepare their chosen dishes.
